Materials: oak construction, tambour door and wine rack veneered with American walnut, stone veneer inside the bar cabinet and wine rack, brass tambour door guides and handles.

An illuminated bar cabinet is finished off with stone veneer and a composition of oak and American walnut. The cabinet’s drawers are made out of american walnut and oak. The drawer fronts are covered with Japanese Tamo, the drawer bottoms are covered with poplar burl veneer, brass handles.

  4. Anna Bensari Studio takes the utmost care to respect the privacy of the users that visit the web services.

    §1 Type of data processed

    The user that fills in a contact form shares the following data:

    1. e-mail address,
    2. phone number.

    The following additional data may be collected from the users that visit the web services in particular: the IP address assigned to the user’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.

    1. pursuant to the personal data protection regulations,

  1. 1. General Provisions
    1.1. These regulations regulate the rules of sale carried out by Bensari Studio.
    1.2. Sale of furniture available on the website www.bensari.art and on Instagram @bensari_ebenistes (hereinafter referred to as: Sale), is run by Anna Bensari Studio, REGON number: 522814655, tax identification number: 6121756177 (hereinafter referred to as "Bensari Ebenistes").

    1.4. The sales regulations are included in the e-mail correspondence confirming the terms of the sale in a way that allows customers to obtain, reproduce and record its content.
    2. Definitions, terms used in these regulations mean:
    2.1. Consumer - it is a natural person within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code,
    2.2. Entrepreneur with the rights of a consumer - it is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of its business activity, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity,
    2.3. Entrepreneur - means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which the law grants legal capacity, conducts business or professional activity on its own behalf and performs a legal transaction directly related to its business or professional activity,
    2.4. Seller - Bensari Ebenistes
    2.5. Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964. (Journal of Laws 2020.1740),
    2.6. Goods / Works and Services - all services provided and goods being the subject of the sales contract between the seller and the buyer,
    2.7. Regulations - these regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2020.344),
    2.8. Customer / Buyer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that is not a legal person, the specific provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places or plans to place an Order using electronic means, including a Consumer, an Entrepreneur with the rights of a consumer and an Entrepreneur,
    2.9. Order - Customer's declaration of intent, in which the Customer accepts the Seller's sales offer, which includes in particular the price, type, quantity of Goods or Services under the sales contract via e-mail correspondence.
    2.10. Consumer Rights Act - Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights
    (Journal of Laws 2020.287).
    3. Sales rules
    3.1. The prices of all goods and services offered by the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys or euros. There are clearly exceptions to the principle of the Polish currency checked.
    3.2. Possible prices appearing on the website as well as descriptions of goods and services constitute only commercial information, and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. 3.3. Buyer confirming the e-mail with the terms of sale, containing these regulations at the same time his consent.
    4. Conditions for concluding a sales contract
    4.1. The Buyer concludes a sale transaction by e-mail accepting the terms of the transaction and the specific features of the Work.
    4.2. The buyer is aware that the work done will differ from the model presented on
    websites and social media in terms of the characteristics of the materials used.
    4.3. The work is largely done with hand tools and traditional working methods and therefore:
    4.4. A work may contain the characters of that work;
    4.5. The dimensions of the work and some of its details may slightly differ from those declared;
    4.6. The selection of materials and their arrangement is the result of the contractor's artistic decision and, apart from the arrangements made in the e-mails, is an individual interpretation of the contractor;
    4.7. The work is performed with the utmost care and using traditional methods of work;
    4.8. The Buyer will provide the work with appropriate storage conditions, in particular protection against excessive moisture, its dynamic changes and solar radiation;
    4.9. The Buyer is aware that the work is made of natural materials and should take into account the characteristics of these materials when using it;
    4.10. The buyer should clearly define the specific requirements for the subject of the contract via e-mail correspondence.
    4.11. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide correct data
    personal data: name and surname, home address, e-mail address and mobile phone.
    4.12. After receiving the order, the Seller confirms its receipt and at the same time
    informs about the acceptance of the Order to real.

    4. Conditions for concluding a sales contract
